While we strive to provide you with the highest possible quality, we understand that certain circumstances may necessitate returns or exchanges. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you follow the guidelines below, we will gladly accept a return or exchange of an item.

7 Days Return & Exchange

We offer a simple 7-day return policy. If you have any questions, please contact us via email, and a customer service representative will respond within 48 hours (ASAP). Returns will not be considered after 7 days. As we offer free shipping on all products, it costs us money, which we have already paid for. Therefore, all shipping costs associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the buyer. In the case of an error on our part, we will bear the shipping costs.

Cancellation of Orders

Order cancellation requests must be sent within 24 hours. If the cancellation is completed within this time frame, the entire amount will be refunded to the customer’s account. If your order is processed after that time period, you will be charged a 25% service fee. Before your item is shipped, if you have any questions about size changes, cancellations, or modifications to your order, please email us at support or contact us. We won’t be able to make any changes once the product has been shipped.

Products with Defects

If you receive a defective product from us, you can request an exchange. To do so, please submit our Return & Exchange Form or email us at info@wildedgeleathers.com within 24 hours with a photo of the defect, the type of fault, and your order number. A customer service representative will then reach out to you and assist you further.

Situations Where a Return or Exchange is Not Possible

We strive to provide the best service possible to our customers. However, please note the following conditions under which a return or exchange will not be possible:

  1. We will not be able to return or refund an item if we uncover a fault that was not caused by us.
  2. Customized jackets, made specifically for you, cannot be returned.
