How long would it take for an order to arrive at my location?

Once your order is submitted, it will be processed within 5-7 business days after you receive the confirmation email. After processing, it will be shipped, and you will receive a tracking code to monitor your order. Your jacket should be delivered to your home within 12-15 business days. Expedited delivery is available at an additional cost.

Which countries do you ship to?

WildEdgeLeathers ships to every country around the world. However, several countries (OFAC countries) are excluded due to unexpected legal sanctions. Additionally, we do not ship to Israel.

Is customs, tax, and duty included in free shipping?

All of our orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that prices do not include customs or import duties. Any charges associated with a parcel must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate the cost, as customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country. It is advisable to check with your local customs office for current charges before placing your order to avoid unexpected costs.

Can you ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes?

We do not accept APO, FPO, or PO box addresses. For the sake of safety and security, a signature is required for the delivery of the items.

How do I track the delivery of my package?

When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by email with the courier tracking number. You can also check the status of your order at any time by visiting the “Track Your Order” page on our website.

Is it possible to change the shipping address after I’ve placed my order?

The shipping address can be changed depending on the current status of your order. If your order has not been shipped, please contact us via email and provide the new address. We will take the necessary steps to update your address. If your order has already been shipped, we recommend contacting the courier company with your order’s tracking information to request a change of address.

What should I do if my order hasn’t yet arrived?

You can always check the status of your order by visiting the “Track Your Order” page and entering the necessary information. Your tracking link will provide the most recent information on the status of your order. How long does it take for custom orders to be delivered?

Our priority is to ship custom orders within 2-3 weeks. However, since it is a custom order, the time may vary. If you have a specific deadline for your order, please share it with your design consultant.
